This Richboro, PA homeowner contacted Steelway with a different kind of request. They had a basement walkout that they wanted to transform into an egress window. Not a problem for Steelway! One of our sales associates went out to measure and discuss options with the homeowner. We had to special order the specific size and type of window that the homeowner wanted. As soon as the permits were all approved, we sent one of the crews out to start the work. They removed the old vertical door and put the forms and rebar into place to fill the lower half of the door with the concrete, and board up the window area while allowing the concrete to dry and cure. We went back out, installed the window and baseboard on the inside. Now the homeowner just has to have his stucco touched up and decide what color paint they want to use on the inside, and it’s like a brand-new room! Great job guys!
