Norman McAvoy started working at Steelway Cellar Doors in 1984 and purchased the company in 1986. He has personally installed more than 12,000 cellar doors and basement egresses over the last 34 years, and he continues to work in the field from time to time. Norman is a Certified Egress Specialist, has a Class A CDL, and holds a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Richmond. In his spare time, Norman enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife and three children.

Larry has been involved with overall company management for over 39 years. He holds an MBA in Marketing, has completed Dale Carnegie training, and is a graduate from Wharton Small Business Training. Larry provides corporate management, office management, and sales for Steelway Cellar Doors. He enjoys that his work is multifaceted and that he is always busy providing great products and services for customers. In his spare time, Larry enjoys volunteering, golf, and running.
