Roberto has been with Steelway for over 2 years.  His every day duties include welding, installs, and working with concrete.  He says it’s a great work environment, and he enjoys working with his coworkers.  He takes pride in seeing what he makes go out the door.  Roberto enjoys playing soccer in his spare time.

Javier has recently completed his training and is a certified TruLaser Fiber Modular Operator.

Although Derek has only been at Steelway for a short time, he has worked with his hands and in sales for a while.  In addition to being a certified TruLaser Fiber Modular Operator, he also has his CDL license.  Derek enjoys the physicality of his day to day operations and the friendly atmosphere.  In his spare time, Derek likes to cook, go hiking with his dog, and golfing.
