Concrete and new Steel 69″ unit replaced in New Castle, DE
This old cellar entry in New Castle, DE was in bad shape. The concrete around was cracking, the door sat too low, and water was constantly getting into the basement, so the homeowner called Steelway. One of our sales representatives went out to measure the unit for us to manufacture a new steel unit in our King of Prussia, PA plant. On the day of installation, our concrete division removed the old rusty steel unit, installed the newly fabricated 69″ steel stair unit with a B-style top, and poured new concrete around the area. Happy homeowner in New Castle, DE.
