Precast concrete window well egress installed in Ambler, PA
This home in Ambler, PA wanted to add an egress window to their basement, and also update their old window well, so they reached out to Steelway. One of our sales representatives met with the homeowner to discuss their options. After permits were approved, decisions made, parts manufactured, we sent a crew out on installation day. They excavated, cut into foundation, and installed a precast window well egress on one side of the home. The installers removed the old window well that was old, and constantly allowing dirt and debris in, blocking the basement window. We installed a well and cover combo unit in its place, which allows natural light, but keeps out the dirt and debris. Great job guys!
