Way out in Walnutport, PA, this homeowner wanted to add an egress window to their basement, so they reached out to the Egressperts!! One of our sales representatives went out to assess the area and take measurements so we knew which egress window would be best. After the permit was obtained, PA One Call was done, one of our crews went out, excavated the area, cut into the foundation, and installed a steel window well egress. One of our sales representatives went out to take measurements and assess the area to see which egress window would work best. Once we received the permit back from the township, one of the crews went out, excavated the area, cut into the foundation, and installed a precast concrete egress window. Whitehall, PA got 2 new cellar doors installed!

In Whitehall, PA this property owner called Steelway to replace an old flat cellar door. They actually had 2 properties around the corner from each other, and wanted both replaced. Not a problem for Steelway! One of the sales representatives went out to measure for us to manufacture both doors in our King of Prussia plant. The homeowner also chose to upgrade to galvanized Steel instead of just the 12 gauge Steel of our regular cellar doors. On the day of installation, a crew removed the old cellar doors, and installed the newly fabricated, custom galvanized cellar doors, one angled, and one flat with foundation plates. Just needs one coat of finish paint, and thats all since they chose the galvanized upgrade! We always recommend waiting at least 3 weeks to paint the doors. Great job guys!

New Hope, PA gets a new galvanized cellar door and well & covers installed

This New Hope homeowner called Steelway to replace their old angle cellar door and to also install out well and cover combo units around their basement windows.  One of our sales representatives went out to measure for the new custom cellar door, and the well and covers.  After manufacturing them in our King of Prussia plant, one of our installation crews removed the old cellar door, installed the new galvanized angle cellar door, and installed 2 well and cover combo units.  Great job guys!

New Sidewalk poured and Angle Cellar door installed in Ewing, NJ

The property owner in Ewing, NJ called Steelway when they decided it was time to replace this old cellar door and the sidewalk around it. One of our sales representatives went out to take measurements for us to fabricate the custom angle door in our King of Prussia plant. In the meantime, our concrete crew went out to demo the old sidewalk, cellar door, and foundation. The forms were set in place and the concrete was poured. After the concrete and sidewalk had time to harden, our crew went back out and installed the stairs and the newly fabricated angle cellar door. Sidewalk door & Concrete replaced in Hamilton, NJ

This Hamilton, NJ business owner called Steelway to replace their old sidewalk door since it was rusting out. The sales representative went out to take measurements, and saw that the concrete underneath was in need of being re-poured as well. We used these measurements to manufacture the new sidewalk door in our King of Prussia plant. On the day of installation, our experienced concrete crew went out, removed the old sidewalk door, demolished the old concrete, put the sidewalk door in place, and pour the new concrete around it. Basement Egress added in Bangor, PA

In Bangor, PA this homeowner had reached out to Steelway when they wanted to change a small basement window into a basement egress. One of our Sales representatives went out to survey the area and take the measurements. We applied for the permit, and when we received it, we scheduled the installation. This turned into a bit of a tricky install, but was no match for our amazing crews! They excavated the area, cut into this doozy of a foundation, and installed the precast concrete stairs and steel cellar door top.
